Return Policy
We want every SnailSpeed customer to feel confident in their order. If something is not right, please contact us before sending anything back so we can review the situation and provide return instructions.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on eligible items. To qualify for a return, the item must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all included hardware, accessories, and documentation.
Installed parts are not eligible for return. Once a part has been installed, test-fitted in a way that marks or damages the product, modified, painted, coated, damaged, or used, it cannot be returned.
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the cost of processing, outbound shipping, return shipping, inspecting, repackaging, and restocking returned items.
For approved returns, SnailSpeed will provide return shipping instructions and cover the cost of return shipping.
Returned items must be received in resalable condition. Items returned with missing components, damaged packaging, signs of installation, wear, or damage may be refused or may be subject to additional deductions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom-made or custom-finished items including wheels

Clearance, final sale, or discontinued items

Electrical or electronic components once opened

Items missing original packaging, hardware, or included materials
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the packaging, photos of the item, and a description of the issue so we can help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Return Authorization
All returns must be approved before being shipped back. Returns sent without authorization may be refused. Once your return is approved, we will provide a shipping label.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method minus the applicable 20% restocking fee and any additional deductions for missing or damaged items, if applicable.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider. After we issue the refund, the processing timeline is controlled by your bank, card company, or payment provider. If needed, we can provide transaction IDs or refund details to help them locate an incoming refund.
Warranty Issues
Defective products or warranty concerns are handled separately from standard returns. If you believe there is an issue with a SnailSpeed product, contact us with your order number, photos, and a description of the problem so we can review it. We are happy to help!
